Craftsmanship builds dreams, skills shine in Tiantai - The 5th Tiantai Vocational Skills Competition has come to a successful conclusion

The 5th Vocational Skills Competition of the company has come to a successful conclusion. The theme of this competition is "fine decoration, strong skills, safety assurance, and efficiency improvement", focusing on two core skills: disassembly and assembly of the winch reducer and steel pipe welding. Ten front-line technical backbones compete on the same stage and showcase their talents. The entire event received strong support and on-site guidance from the Gaotang County Federation of Trade Unions and the Jiangdian Town Trade Union, fully reflecting the high importance attached by higher-level units to the training of skilled talents in enterprises.

The competition strictly follows the standards of craftsmanship and safety regulations, with fair referees and orderly on-site proceedings. After fierce competition, Zhao Xiao won the championship with a high score of 99, Wang Shudong and Shi Qingyin won the runner up, Cheng Gang, Liu Yujun, and Yuan Hongtao won the third place, and Zhao Yujun, Jiang Xizhen, Yang Zhigang, and Wang Borong won the Elite Award.
